As I was reading those 5 things you noted I reflected back on when I was under 14% body fat which has been more often than most. In fact I was at that stage March of 2020, then well we all know what happened next. COVID and gyms getting shutting down based on poor assumptions.
I was always in the best shape when I was exercising in the morning and in the evening. It could be a run in the morning then a gym work out in the evening or even a yoga class.
Sleep has always been a struggle but I do agree that optimal you need 7 hours of sleep.
Daily diet is a critical component in a healthy lifestyle and sugar is highly addictive and can be the downfall for many.
