Bruce I have live in the south, North East in upstate NY and in NV and in CA where I am now. I thought most in the North East were not nice and took a long time to get to know most people and develop relationships.

I was most surprised when I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area . People were just rude. Walk by someone and say Hi and they look at you like you are crazy.

In the end getting back to the main topic, that has never prevented me from being nice or kind.
