Cruise ships are one of the largest polluters. There have been recent regulations which require them to filter process water (gray, raw and other) before being sent overboard. many ships are being retrofitted with industrial filter systems.

I purchase large Industrial filter from a major company for our manufacturing processes. they said 60–70 percent of their filter is now being installed on cruise ships and tankers.
