Good article!

It’s all about wrapping the brain around lifestyle changes and not dieting.

I use to be addicted to Diet Coke. I would drink 4-6 a day. While popping Excedrin. (Work stress/migraine headaches).

Then I gave up the Diet Cokes. I gave up the Excedrin in 2017 when I found out I had kidney disease.

I have always worked out more than most, raced bicycle, ran races, in the gym 5 days a week. But nutrition is where the impact is really made.

I am slowly getting down to a weight I have not seen in 20 years. One marker I have always had was never grow beyond the waist size (34) I had in high school. That is reason I have kept my weight to a reasonable level throughout my life.
