I actually make an effort to do all of those things mentioned as well as a few others. this is my second go around and want to make sure I am doing everything to make sure it last forever.

One thing that is not mentioned is cooking. I try to cook as much as my wife and I don't assume that cleaning the house is her responsibility. I clean, do the laundry and ironing.
