I am sorry I just saw this response Jodie. you are 100% on point. Even now I still walk on egg shells for fear that my ex will turn my 27 year old daughter against me which she has done multiple times.

What my current wife and I try to show my daughter is that there is a possibility of true love of a spouse who is supportive and appreciate you for who you are.
