I have learned in my career that an Ivy League education doesn’t necessarily make the person who attended more intelligent.

I have lived in CA longer that any other State. California has significant problems. This pains me to see such a beautiful state get destroyed in such a short span of time. This includes living in NY for 11 years. I come from from a political family. My Grandfather was a Democratic Senator for many years, and was a friends of John F Kennedy. He would be disgusted with how CA politicians take advantage of CA citizens. The waste and frivolous spending is obscene. How is the high speed train to the desert doing? Newsom is more concerned about his new home in Marin. His hair and making sure his personal photographer that we have paid for get his best side.

The people who can afford to move are moving out. I am planning my exit, which is actually a hard decision because I have developed so many close relationships. I have a daughter that has become very successful in architecture who will never leave Long Beach unless the firm she works for transfers her.

My poor wife works her ass off as a Special Ed teacher working with children who have severe autism. The policy is she has a certain number of aid based on the number of children in the class. The district collects money for from the state for each special education student. Throughout the year she continue to get more students. Do they provide the aids as the policy requires? No! California and the district doesn’t cares. Again, the district has a budget that is over a billion dollars. What do the do? They hire more administrators that have their head up their ass!

I could go on for hours about how screwed up this state has become. Newsom has done more damage than any other governor. He is just as arrogant as Trump.the highways and roads are terrible, there is trash and homeless people everywhere. While in CA I have lived in SoCal, Bay Area and Central Valley. The problem are bad in every area. But way worse in the Bay Area. I have been to 46 states and many counties around the world. Most of them better than CA and much less expensive.
