I would advise anyone who is taking Creatine to use in very small doses. Also careful of online advice. Please do your own research and discuss any major diet changes with your medical provider.

"Creatine appears to be generally safe, although when it is taken at high doses there is the potential for serious side effects, such as kidney damage. High doses may also stop the body from making its own creatine."

As Neeramitra noted: any supplement promising dramatic results is more than likely marketing BS.

My background: 35 years of health and fitness. Former body builder, former competitive cyclist,

former endurance runner and Health and Safety professional.

Health and Fitness is a lifestyle and to see long lasting gains requires consistency over the long haul. Think of it as you would a retirement plan.
