No! Don't do that! Sugar is sugar. This is no different than the story you started your article with about sugar cane.

When you eat sugar (dry fruit, fruit chips) you crave more, which you just stated is not good for your brain. It's like saying to an alcoholic that they should only drink light beer.


The best thing you can do is avoid sugar all together.
