No one surprised by the over reaction from the liberal left who believe laws should be based on opinion, and emotions and a way to secure vote for an upcoming election.

These Judges who are highly qualified are making decisions based on constitutional amendments and legal presidence. There are those that believe that people from all races can be intelligent, can do well in school and achieve entry into a ivy league college with out AA.

The attacks on Clarence Thomas are without merit. He is as qualified as any judge wether you agree with him or not.
