Tony , I worked for a telecommunication corporation as a manager. They hired a VP of HR who came from GE. I was on an elevator going up to my floor and she asked why I was working on Saturday and I told her that I had a lot to do and when the elevator got to my floor she patted my has and said well get to work! Never will forget that.
