We are in an FLR. This has developed over long period of time and we are continuing to grow in this relationship. Maybe my wife is taking more time to adjust wife to being a eader. This is a big change considering I am 21 years older and have worked in a Director level role in the corporate world. So it took time for her to wrap her head round me being submissive and her being a leader in the relationship.

I have a weekly chore list. House cleaning, laundry, etc. We have a weekly meeting on Sundays where we discuss the past week and upcoming events as well as how I am doing and what needs to get completed in the coming week.

I still follow my passions and she supports me in these areas just as I support her and do what I can to support her parents.
