You say at one point that Jenn was clearly over training and then the next day that exercise and diet is not a one size fits all.
Even if Jenn did this routine 7 days a week I would not consider that over training.
I know people who spend two to three hours in the gym. I have asked them why three hours? Their response is, that they have become accustomed to that length of time and it's just their routine.
I use to train for 1.5 hours, twice a day. I was in excellent health and very fit at about 14 percent body fat, however it did eat into the time for other things I had to do that day.
